New Year’s Eve With Altamira

January 1, 2008 by WendyB

Gorgeous blogger Altamira joined us for New Year’s with his lovely friend Lola. He’s posted a funny action photo of me dancing my hair off (literally!) to my favorite song, Smells Like Teen Spirit. Check it out!

And, yes, Dita Von Teese and I use the same tanning salon.

UPDATED TO ADD: I’ve decided that 2007 was way better than 2006 for me because no one died in my arms or threw a surprise funeral. It’s good to have low standards!

When I get all my work done and my visage no longer makes children scream and women say, “Dear God, what is that thing?” I will also post lots of pictures of me.

Wait, that requires effort. Never mind.

Delightful–you and your husband look delightful, dancin’ and jumpin’ and groovin’ the New Year in! Love that dress, too. What is the fabric, please?

So glad you agree about the rhododendron buds at my blog.

Lynette, the fabric seems to be a mix of silk, cotton and acrylic. It’s VERY heavy, and I would have thought it was wool. PAD, is there a chance you’re living in a Twilight Zone episode and you’re actually the one attractive person in a society of pig people?

Aww, thanks! It’s a great shot for two delightfully sweet people.

Thanks for that fabric news, WendyB. I’m shocked that it’s heavy since it’s floating so beautifully in Altamira’s photo.
