I will not tell Henry he is a pretty flower because he already tries to prove his masculinity by pulling Gigi’s ears.

    Oh poor pup!
Bring him to Paree for instant recovery..he can ride the Metro-a sure cure 🙂

I think Gigi deserves a trip more, just based on her name. Well, maybe we’d just have to say “Henri” while in Paree.

Thanks for asking, Olga and Jenn…I still feel like heck, which I think is an improvement from feeling like hell. @Tidbits, don’t even get me started because I can talk about it all day but Henry (who is a pound dog I got when he was about 3) has various deformities in his left front paw — both the skin and the structure of the foot. No one has figured out what it is despite several biopsies. It seems to get very itchy at times and then he likes to bite at it which causes some terrible problems. That’s when he gets the satellite dish. I expect he was probably given up by his old owner due to the paw condition. Poor man!

Darby will have a cone too when I pick him up today. I think of him as a Cone-y Island Hot Dog — trying to have a sense of humor ’cause they look so sad with it on. Hope he feels better soon. You too.

Go drink linden flower tea if you can find it, it really helps.
