The Perfect Outfit

February 24, 2008 by WendyB

How did Betty Jackson’s Henry VIII hotpants escape my attention?

These would go great with my Anne Boleyn necklace.

That’s all you need for the perfect outfit: Henry hotpants, Boleyn bling and a big smile. Well, I would throw on some fish feet, but I’m crazy that way.

Thanks for visiting my blog too! I totally saw your necklace before I posted that blog, so if you don’t mind, I’m going to include it in that post. =)

Love the necklace. I’m crazy too; you’re not alone.

Oh, those are a must-have item for spring, WB! I hope you meant that you would wear the hotpants with the necklace and nothing else. That sounds dirtier than I meant it to. It’s just that both items have such a synchronicity that they can’t stand further adornment.

Those are the best find yet.

The hotpants are brilliant! You probably saw that Elizabeth won for costume design. Hollywood needs to know about your jewellery – the necklace is perfect for The Other Boleyn Girl

I started watching the Tudors last night! I’m not where in the series I am, but it was very very good! He’s about to d-i-v-o-r-c-e that lay-about Catherine of Aragon and he’s hot on the heels of our lovely Annie B., whose father is portrayed as slightly incestuous and quite the machinator.

I was going to say something hilariously funny, but I forget what it was. So sorry!

Anyhow — the Tudors, Showtime (or this weird DirectTV channel I also have). Two thumbs up!

bwa..ha..ha.ha…!!! You have NO IDEA how much the hotpants have got to come home with me. My friends once attended a charity auction and they “purchased” a guy dressed up like Henry VIII… whom they proceeded to poke with sticks the REST of the NIGHT!!!

Now… I suddenly have an image of poking THIS Henry VIII with sticks and my head nearly exploded. BWA…HA…HA…HA…!!!!

    Oh… oh… I can’t breathe…. the room is spinning… air.. need.. air..

And just so we’re clear, I love all your jewelry, all the time. I sometimes forget to mention it, because I’ve made so many kiss-butt statements about it, I thought you’d be sick of hearing it by now.

    Penelope, thanks.
LF, I will link you too.
    Tine, would love it.
    Raych, good, I’m not alone.
SM, that’s absolutely what I mean..it’s what every 16th century stripper would wear, no?
    PB, don’t choose, take both.
    Bronwyn, I know, I need a damn publicist 🙁
Deirdre, “I was going to say something hilariously funny” need to be party of my catchphrase. I’m going to say, “Excuse my beauty! I was going to say something hilariously funny!”
Isabel, Dulcinea, I think the real Henry would be psyched.
PPP, “Poke with sticks.” I might need a whole new catchphrase for that.
    Heloise, great, right?
Guv’ner, royal hoohas are the best kind.
    Seeker, Kiki, Alex, thanks!
Miss Woo, I’m giving the king a run for his money in the undies department.
Olivia, it comes in any letter.
    Moira, LOL.
    PPIEW, right as always.
Atelier, the Boleyns are lively folks.
    TCH, why so conservative?
    Prunella, and Dolly boobs too.
Riz, I bet your BF will be converted.
    Jill, only a crazy person!
    Jayne, good!
ENC, me too! And feel free to kiss butt around the clock. I never get tired and I never get bored.
