Do I seem a little TOO excited? Watching this video myself, I’m like, “Woman! Calm down.” The thing is that not every retailer knows how to sell one-of-a-kind jewelry — even retailers that only sell jewelry. The people at 1stdibs truly understand the concept of wearable art, which makes sense, because the people I’ve met there often have art or art history backgrounds. You don’t run into a lot of art-history degree-holders in the retail world, and it’s nice to feel appreciated!
