Stacy Lomman for Fall 2011: Vive Le Résistance!

Gorgeous blogger and clothing designer Stacy Lomman presented her Fall/Winter 2011 collection yesterday and it was spectacular! Her Spring 2011 collection of glamorous cocktail dresses was fabulous, but this sportswear-oriented season was even more impressive.

Here’s Stacy’s description of her collection:

“Fall 2011 glamorizes and romanticizes the bold and fearless women of the French Resistance who lead high risk and clandestine lifestyles. Mystery, intrigue and espionage lurk within each piece in the collection. Luxurious fabrics and subdued colors femininize the military influence, thereby enforcing an air of chic strength. While the early 1940’s serve as inspiration, the collection interprets the period into modern and very wearable clothes.”

As with the spring collection, Stacy raised money to buy fabric on Kickstarter. She presented 12 looks totaling 17 pieces … and she designed, draped, cut and sewed every piece with her own hands. What an achievement!

  2. I LOVE that silver jacket, the sleeve length is perfect, the styling is dressy yet sporty. It brings out your rings, I’d want it too!! I’m gonna keep checking back to see what she creates next, what a dynamo!!

    Stacy’s show was fantastic; I loved it all and was especially in love with the cape, the grey dress and, of course, the bronze cashmere strapless dress.

    And Zeus wants a bullet belt!
