Holiday Parties?

November 28, 2008 by WendyB

Don’t wear a little black dress this season unless you WANT to be a wallflower. Go for a little red dress instead. Bloom!

I’d wear that in a nanosecond. With your Chrysanthemum necklace.

Funny you mention that necklace. Just the other day I decided I wasn’t doing another in that style, so the one I have now is the last one!

Nice dress, it’d look great with a wrap made of garland. I’m only half joking.

I don’t think I own a single little black red!

(or a red one either, but then red isn’t my colour..)

Wowza… wouldn’t be a wallflower in that little number. Gorgeous.

The LBD is always a last resort for me or worn only if the party’s specifically a black-and-white shindig. I love this red strapless number!

    And it already sold out!

I am still looking for a NYE dress..going down the “little black dress” road now.

Oh and in my Internet wanderings I saw this:

I keep thinking I should try to find a red dress for various Christmas parties. I just don’t want to go shopping with the mobs out there right now…

i’m a bit embarrassed to admit that i wore a lbd last night to mr. mvp’s work holiday party — but it’s my favorite lbd and it was too tight for a long time and now it fits again so i just had to wear it. also, i wore red lipstick with it!
