Check out this stunning, star-trimmed trench by Viktor & Rolf.

Too bad one of the stars is showing some serious fraying and the starting bid is still 410 pounds ($725.17)! I wouldn’t mind the fraying if the coat had “bargain” potential. I’ll have to keep an eye on this just to see if anyone bids. So far no one has.

This 1950s lace dress is better bidding material, with a starting bid of just 19.99 pounds. This would be perfect for a petite peep who is looking to get a Prada-esque touch of lace into her life.

Don’t forget to snipe!

I will be keeping my eye on a lovely Ossie Clark-inspired Radley dress that the same seller is offering.

Another amazing lace item is this vintage Biba blouse. Beautiful.

£400+ is pretty rich for some fraying stars. I hope that coat comes down in price so you can have it.

Hi Wendy, just wanted to make you aware the lilac dress is a Radley label-obviously Ossie inspired but its not an Ossie Clark for Radley. Apologies if you already know this!!

Thank you, Sharon! I’m usually more on the ball than that. It was such a classic Ossie look that I didn’t even check the label. I’m fixing it in my post.

I like the looks of the second dress. I would have happily worn it back in the day. To tell the truth, I like the star coat and the lace blouse, too. It’s so much fun to look, with you as my guide, WendyB.

The corn on the cob was delicious.
