I had a fabulous time tonight with my gorgeous friends Shari and Ashley at Christian Francis Roth‘s studio. But I consumed so much Champagne that I totally forgot to take pictures, even though the ladies looked awesome in his clothes! I hope they will humor me by sending me some photos of their purchases. In the meantime, I thought it was worthwhile to take a self-portrait of my favorite Francis graffiti dress because I wore it with tights for the first time.

Sophie, the boots are by Jil Sander…I’ll take a better picture of them one of these days. I wanted them desperately and when they were out of my size in NYC, I tracked these down at Harrods. Not personally, I called the store! I can’t remember when this was but I know it was before 2005!

I love those tights and boots with the dress. The tights really do add an element of Fall, plus they are a perfect shade of blue.

P.S. My Francis clothes arrived today and I love, love, love them! They’re a bit loose in the waist and I’m taking them to the tailor to have them nipped in, but as soon as I get them back I’ll take pictures, I promise!
