I’ve recently become obsessed with the Diamond Doodles account on Instagram after seeing it on the Gem Gossip blog. Gorgeous and funny Hannah Becker works in the jewelry biz and creates clever doodles around both loose gems and finished jewelry designs. Some of my recent favorites are:
- “My, what big teeth you have!”
- Frankenstein (look at the funny earring-back bolts!)
- Skeleton looking for love.
I finally got to meet Hannah last night at a private jewelry show I had at the Plaza Hotel. I was entertained to see her put on my two biggest skull rings and start drawing on her hand. Voila! My very own “diamond doodle” for Halloween!
