Black, White and Floral All Over

April 8, 2008 by WendyB

I like the Balenciaga “Floral City Classic,” now available at Barneys for $1595. You can’t get it online; it’s only available at the store. How old-fashioned!

I have one Balenciaga bag in bubblegum pink. Here’s Henry wearing it.

Doesn’t look too happy about this, does he?

Getting back to black and white, I also like this little tuxedo top.

henry seems much more the “cross-body” bag type, but the color is gorge!

You can wear it with matching tuxedo underwear!!!

I’ve noticed that on the Browns website though they advertise Balenciaga you have to “telephone if you wish to make a purchase”. I like to think that Nicholas Ghesquiere has implemented an elaborate Balenciaga buyer vetting system to sort the fashion wheat from the fashion chaff. Still, I think your lttle doggy would pass any fashion-type test. He’s as cute as 12 buttons!

ur poor dog looks like he’s choking!! but i must say the colour suits him lots!

i like how balenciaga is has kept the classic motorcycle bag and re-invented it every season. Are you going to get the floral balenciaga bag WendyB?

I think I have to stay away from it, Shaz, as I spent so much on my new Prada bag. But I have to say this one is mighty tempting. Henry wasn’t choking but he was giving me a look like, “OMG! WTF!” while I was trying to take his picture.

I think Henry prefers Prada, judging from the look on his face. Don’t you?

I love both bags. That top is pretty cute.

I think Henry has that “this is mine not yours” look on his face..

The Balenciaga flower bag ‘Only available at the store’? How old fashioned indeed!

I love your balenciaga one I’m not into the old pattern one, great idea but it makes it look a little cheap.

That is a nice bag but the price tag is just ridiculous, there is no reason why a purse should cost that much.

I love tuxedo style stuff more than almost anything, but every time I buy something in that style, BF is always like “Eh. Sexy waitress.” And I’m all, “GRR!!!” Once, I swear, I will find a tuxedo style with no sexy waitress involved.

(Oh, and I think it must be said again: cutest. dogs. eva.)
