Well, I didn’t win Fashion Group International’s Rising Star Award<\/a> for fine jewelry, but it was fabulous to be a finalist. I got a plaque as a souvenir and a corsage to wear for the Rising Star lunch at Cipriani 42nd Street<\/a>. I don’t think I’ve gotten a corsage since eighth grade!<\/p>\n

I was delighted to have many of my peeps with me for the occasion.<\/p>\n
