(Click photo to see the necklace clearly.) I wore the same necklace to a garden party in honor of Queen Elizabeth II at the British Embassy this spring. One of the young women working for the Embassy saw the necklace and said, &#8220;That&#8217;s PERFECT for today.&#8221; I thought the queen was adorable. In a majestic way, of course.
