Thank you to Times of Glory <\/a>for recommending that we check out the Wallace Collection<\/a>. We loved it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Hertford House<\/span><\/span><\/a>
\n<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n

The museum at Hertford House displays the art collected by Marquesses of Hertford. Sir Richard Wallace, after whom the collection is named, was the son of the 4th Marquess. The collection is known for its 18th century French paintings, but I was more excited about the art and artifacts from the 15th century and earlier. I did enjoy seeing The Laughing Cavalier<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There is a beautiful glassed-in courtyard restaurant, where we had a delicious lunch.<\/p>\n

I was wearing the Versace top I bought for 20 pounds<\/a> so I asked MrB to take a picture of it for y’all. Apparently I should have been more specific and asked, “Please take a picture of me where it doesn’t look like I’m carrying two bowling balls in my top, with one being much larger than the other.”<\/p>\n

Maybe Mrs. Sting got rid of the shirt because of the bowling-ball problem.<\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n

Later on, near our hotel, we saw a restaurant adorned with lovely blossoms.<\/p>\n

\nNaturally, I stopped to molest a flower<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I don’t know what the fug is going on with my hair either.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Now we’re about to leave for the theater, where I will continue my effort to set some kind of world-record for unphotogenic-ness. Maybe I can get post-lobotomy hair and bowling-ball boobs into a single shot. What can I say? I dream big. <\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
