Lately, I’ve been plagued by “blogs” that are picking up my content and presenting it as their own. In at least one case, the entire “blog” consisted of posts that were lifted from all of you fashion-blogging bitches. I recognized all the posts! That one was on WordPress. I reported it via this link<\/a> and WordPress suspended that account immediately. Since then, I’ve had WordPress suspend two others.<\/p>\n

To report a spam blog to WordPress, click here<\/a>. I’ve been giving them the main spam blog URL, the URL of the stolen content and the URL of my original content for comparison. Obviously, the spammers will keep coming back in new forms, but I think we should give them as much grief as possible.<\/p>\n

How can you find these spam blogs? Through your traffic stats, by Googling your name\/the name of your blog and by Googling your blog URL.<\/p>\n
