My gorgeous sister Terri Berry and her handsome husband Tim Berry are the proud parents of a rescued Pekingese named Max. When they first got him, I congratulated her on his unique name<\/a>. Then I suggested she liven it up by giving him a middle initial and last name too. “Max E. Pad” has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? Okay, she didn’t think so either.<\/p>\n

Anyway, the maxi dress has made a big comeback. I’ve enjoyed maxis for a while because quite a few of my Ossie Clark<\/a> dresses are long. Even if you can’t splurge on an Ossie, there are lots of wonderful vintage maxis available online. Why get a seen-everywhere Victoria’s Secret or H&M maxi when you can have a one-of-a-kind piece? Not that the H&M dress<\/a> doesn’t look fabulous on everyone whose gotten it — because it does — but I’m starting to feel like I’m going to go to a party this summer and see 20 lady peeps wearing identical H&M dresses.<\/p>\n
