Thanks to beautiful, spring-like, holy-shit-climate-change-is-here weather and a reserved ticket to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I wore a real shirt today. I’ve rarely worn anything except activism-related t-shirts\u00a0since I first stepped out of quarantine in April<\/a>. Actually, I felt a little uncomfortable until I realized my Justice mask from Black Lives Matter<\/a> would still speak for me.<\/p>\n

The museum is keeping the number of visitors under control and everyone was required to wear masks, even in the outdoor roof garden where I spent most of my time. I guess I’m not used to being indoors anymore, unless I’m in my own apartment. (Hell no, I’m not getting on a plane to go anywhere for Thanksgiving, which is the worst holiday ever even in non-pandemic times.) Anyway, here’s my special-occasion, non-protest outfit.
