As for how long I&#8217;ve owned this dress &#8212; here it is on Dec. 31, 2005, when I accessorized it with some extra hair.<\/p>\n<p><center><div id=\"attachment_41334\" style=\"width: 508px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-41334\" class=\"wp-image-41334 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wendybrandes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/nye20050004.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"498\" height=\"664\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wendybrandes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/nye20050004.jpg 498w, https:\/\/www.wendybrandes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/nye20050004-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.wendybrandes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/nye20050004-300x400.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 498px) 100vw, 498px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-41334\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ringing in 2006.<\/p><\/div><\/center><\/p>\n<p>In the pre-blogging days, I didn&#8217;t take a lot of head-to-shoe photos. I would have thought that was very odd! But you can see a bit more of the dress in a tiny photo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wendybrandes.com\/blog\/2007\/10\/send-in-fabulous-clowns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in this post from 2007<\/a> (I can&#8217;t find the original right now). It makes me very happy to share some information about Clovis.
