\nYouth Caucus of America, Inc. and Refuse Fascism are the hosts of today’s event. They invite you to bring children’s shoes to represent the children in detention. The Facebook event page says, “Now is the time for all the organizations and people of conscience to come together in massive nonviolent protest.”<\/p>\n

\nWorld Refugee Day Action – City of Refuge Coalition<\/em><\/a>
\nBryant Park<\/em>
\n5 p.m. – 8 p.m.<\/em>
\nOn World Refugee Day, join African Communities Together and the City of Refuge Coalition for a march and rally to stop the refugee ban, save asylum, defend temporary protected status, and keep children and families together. Full schedule for the event is available on the Facebook page.<\/p>\n

11 a.m.: Protest Jared Kushner Outside 666 5th Ave.<\/em>
\nThe organizers are prepared to challenge Jared Kushner to a debate outside of the office building he owns at 666 5th Avenue. If Kushner declines the invitation — as is likely — they will protest his role in the Trump administration’s inhumane immigration policy, and demand he face the public to answer questions about his countless conflicts of interest. 11 a.m.: Union Square Protest<\/em>
\nSubscribers who live downtown rather than on the Upper East Side may wish to attend a rally at this location. Indivisible UES members who have friends\/families\/acquaintances who would be interested in this rally are encouraged to pass along the information. Click here<\/a> to RSVP.<\/p>\n

Noon: March on Trump Tower With Fellow Indivisible UES Members<\/em>
\nThis is the event we plan to attend as a group<\/a>.\u00a0 We will meet at the northeast corner of 86th and 2nd at the Q train entrance at 11:15 a.m., go to Times Square, and from there march with the crowd to Trump Tower to rebuke the Trump administration’s family separation policy.<\/p>\n
