That conference&#8217;s theme was &#8220;White: Palette, Prism, Possibility,&#8221; and I did <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iJGGuRk12J8&#038;feature=youtu.be\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a video interview with IAC founder Lisa Koenigsberg to talk about what that meant<\/a>.
