As anyone I worked for in my pre-jewelry days in the corporate world can attest<\/a>, not just anyone can be the boss of me, no matter what the organizational chart says.<\/p>\n

However, Eryn is so organized, efficient, results-oriented, and persuasive that she generally gets me to do what she wants — especially when it comes to the company YouTube channel<\/a>. She was the one who decided we’d be doing a weekly video, and if I try to delay shooting by saying I don’t feel inspired, she’ll assign me a topic. That’s what happened this week. “Do ‘5 things about me in 5 minutes’!” she said with a “Don’t argue with me” attitude. I was like, “Damn, bossy<\/a> much?!” and got kind of rebellious.
