The last Marc Jacobs<\/a> show I attended raised a lot of questions in my mind. First, I thought, “Why is this guy so late?” Then I thought, “Where does he get off acting this way?” Then I wondered, “Why didn’t I stay at that nice restaurant and have another drink?” Finally, I asked myself, “Who would want to wear sheer pants?”<\/p>\n

The first three mysteries remain unsolved, but the answer to the last question is: me. A few years ago, I bought a pair of Versace pants with sheer lace panels on the sides. This is the only piece of clothing I’ve ever bought that my husband didn’t like. Well, there is also one vintage dress that he thought wasn’t sexy enough. He thought the Versace pants were too sexy. He claims he has learned to love these pants. Even if that is true, another question is, “Was it a little hostile to wear these to (yet another<\/a>) party in his honor last week?” Don’t answer that! It’s better not to analyze some things.<\/p>\n
