I spent a pleasant afternoon in New York City’s Riverside Park being interviewed for a video that Platinum Guild International<\/a> is putting together. We talked about the virtues of platinum, of course (rare, beautiful, true white, doesn’t tarnish, hypoallergenic, durable, makes diamonds look white and brighter).<\/p>\n

I was suitably decked out for the occasion in various platinum designs, including these rings.<\/p>\n

Lately, if I don’t have a Minx manicure, I like very short, buffed nails.<\/p><\/div>\n

Gorgeous interviewer Monica Elias<\/a> and her equally lovely team sent me behind-the-scene shots to share. They needed to do B-roll<\/a> in addition to the interview itself, so here I am trying to show all my rings while looking not-too-pensively into the distance.<\/p>\n

We had great weather — the coolest day in quite a while — and we got to admire many cute dogs and surprisingly friendly squirrels. We came very close to getting a squirrel to join me and Monica for this photo op, but it changed its mind at the last minute.<\/p>\n
