One of the jewelry designers I admire most is Sevan Bi\u00e7ak\u00e7i of Istanbul<\/a>. In 2014, the New York Times described one of Sevan’s specialities as “dome-shaped rings that celebrate the city\u2019s Byzantine and Ottoman heritage<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
