MrB and I recently had dinner with friends at Ouest<\/a>, a good restaurant on the Upper West Side. If you’re in New York City, I recommend that you check it out. It’s not too formal; you can definitely wear jeans. However, I dressed up a little bit, just because it was one of those days when I felt I should make an effort. This dress was a good choice for a breezy night. I had a few minor Marilyn moments<\/a>, including the one captured in the photo below.<\/p>\n

I’ve had this dress for many years — possibly close to a decade — and have worn it on many, many occasions, but I have very few photos of it for some reason.\u00a0 The only one I could find on the blog was from 2010.<\/p>\n

A few weeks after I wore that dress for that photo in 2010, I overdressed for a dinner at Ouest in a Black Halo dress. I guess Ouest brings out my best!
