If you&#8217;re in New York City, I recommend that you check it out. It&#8217;s not too formal; you can definitely wear jeans. However, I dressed up a little bit, just because it was one of those days when I felt I should make an effort. This dress was a good choice for a breezy night. I guess Ouest brings out my best! That time I had the pleasure of seeing former <a href=\"http:\/\/wendybrandes.com\/blog\/2010\/07\/what-wendy-wore-amazing-belzer\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Law &amp; Order SVU<\/em> stars Chris Meloni and Richard Belzer dining together<\/a>.
