Last week<\/a>, I mentioned that at my 2001 wedding, I changed out of my Richard Tyler wedding gown and into a custom-made white leather halter top and hip-huggers. A few of you requested pictures. Here they are.<\/p>\n

I changed into leather but kept the tiara.<\/p><\/div>\n

I thought I was being pretty edgy with the leather at the time, but the gown is so conservative, isn’t it? I was striving for something “timeless” and “elegant” and blah blah blah. Pretty but boring. Nowadays, I would just go crazy. Maybe a rainbow-striped gown with a giant hoop skirt. There would have to be a whole bunch of midgets under the hoop skirt, of course. I’d have the midgets jump out and throw glitter at everyone after the kiss. Now THAT’S occasion dressing!<\/p>\n
