This rainbow-striped toucan brooch is one of the treasures I found last month while rummaging through the remaining childhood belongings at my parents’ house<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I loved this thing so much. I guess I just had a passion for rainbows. I found this pin in the same box as the toucan.<\/p>\n

Come to think of it, I still have a passion for rainbow-y fashion, like this Castelbajac Lego dress I bought in 2009.<\/p>\n

The jeans in the photo above have gotten pretty gross. I got them in 2008<\/a> and now they’re only fit to wear around the house. I figured they’d also be good for crawling around in my parents’ basement. I definitely didn’t mean to take an outfit photo with them but, after going through the basement, I wanted to take a picture of my parents outside the front door of the house. Of course, my father had to go for the American Gothic pose …<\/p>\n

Wait a minute! Why am I the only one holding a HOE? Humph! If I had known, I would have worn some matching rings.<\/p>\n
