Here’s a really old photo — a Polaroid, in fact — for Throwback Thursday. I had recently turned 14 in this picture from 1982.<\/p>\n

As you can tell from the name of my Shih Tzu puppy, my love for the Beatles was in full effect. (Even though Paul was my favorite Beatle, the dog was named Ringo for a white ring around his tail.) That cute critter grew up to be one of the meanest dogs I’ve ever met. The whole family was scared of him till the day he died. Naturally he lived well into his teens. Apparently, only the good dogs die young!<\/p>\n
