While a shiny coat is more expensive than leggings, no doubt you’ll get more wear out of it over many years. The right person could really rock this butterscotch-colored vintage Gucci PVC raincoat from the 1970s (I’d like to see it on Jennine of the Coveted<\/a>).<\/p>\n

This Tahari coat is beautiful. It’s much more expensive too: $1400. On the other hand, it’s real patent leather, not PVC. If you were to invest in it, you’d have it for a long, long time.<\/p>\n
