The first interviewee was gorgeous blogger Megan Mae. I’m finally getting my act together to bring you the other two winners. The first of the two is the blogger known as Wicked Halo. Here is her board, which she called “Pink Mess.”

Wicked Halo wrote, “I guess the end result turned out on the abstract side of things and it’s not really a proper moodboard, but there are shoes, pensive models, movie stills and flowers involved.” Works for me, WH! Here’s her interview.

WendyB: What’s the name of your blog?
Wicked Halo: Wicked Halo – your source for all things wicked and awesome

WendyB: How long have you been blogging?
Wicked Halo: My blog is a couple weeks shy of turning 3 years old. Yay! [WendyB’s note: Since she did the interview, her blogversary has come and gone!]

WendyB: Why did you start?
Wicked Halo: I guess at the time I had some free time on my hands, and blogging just seemed like something everyone was talking about, so I decided to give it a try. In the beginning it was rather unfocused and I don’t even think I had a proper idea of what I actually wanted to blog about. With time, I got a grip on a proper route and it’s been a great ride ever since!

WendyB: What’s the best part of blogging?
Wicked Halo: Finding out all those like-minded folks all over the globe, all the connections you make and the positive feedback you get … it just makes it all worth while. Also, all the stuff I end up learning while researching for new posts.

WendyB: The worst part?
Wicked Halo: Sometimes the techie side can be a bit of a bummer. Finding out your site is down and having to contact your provider and whatnot, or some great update that turns out to make something stop working all together.

WendyB: What three words best describe your style?
Wicked Halo: Schizophrenic, eclectic, diverse.

WendyB: Do you find that “three words for your style” question as trite and annoying as I do?
Wicked Halo: Definitely. I’m not very much into labeling people and styling and I for one like to use a mish-mash of styles … sometimes it works and looks unsual and cool, others it’s all over the place and just looks strange, but I always find it important to experiment and try out different things. By labeling your style, it just seems like you have to stay in that one drawer all the time!

WendyB: What mood does your mood board convey? Make one up if you have to!
Wicked Halo: The mad pink mess! Somewhere between classic (Audrey!!), homage (McQueen) and delicate modernity … I have a hard time sticking to one thing at a time, a sort of short attention span thing, so I end up with these multi-headed mood beasts most of the time.

WendyB: What mood are you in right now?
Wicked Halo: A tad tired, it’s been a long day … made a mood board for that! Maybe you could include it in the post!

Here's Odete's long-day mood board.

WendyB: When are you in the best possible mood?
