… so we’re calling it “Captain Manhattan.” The left thumb is the only red nail. The thumb on the right hand is blue. All the colors are by Gelish: Ocean Wave (blue), Red Roses (red), and Allure (gold).<\/p>\n

I’m mortified that I have a meeting with some non-jewelry\/magazine\/store peeps on Monday. It’s not an artsy crowd and, in that situation, my nails, once again<\/a>, don’t say, “This is a serious person!” I mentioned this to Tracylee. She told me that I can paint over a gel manicure with regular polish, then remove the polish with (non-acetone) polish remover and go back to the gels when it’s safe to look like a lunatic again.
