In 2009, I wandered into a Jean-Charles de Castelbajac store in London and instantly became a huge fan of his work. My best and most-frequently-worn purchase was definitely the patent rainbow loafers. But I also love my boob-cloud top, sidewalk-traffic-stopping Lego dress, sailor outfit and smiling skirt. When I was in Paris last month, I stopped by the store there. The inventory was pretty picked over due to the sales, but there was one jacket that spoke to me. I’ve been wearing it constantly.

There’s great red trim under the collar…I have to try to take a picture that shows that.

That is a pretty fabulous jacket. I think an army green jacket is as versatile and wearable as any black jacket. There are worse addictions to have. ;D
