A highlight of day 5 in Paris was meeting handsome blogger Thom and his gorgeous fiancee, Sharon, for dinner at Le Train Bleu. They live in Vancouver but just happened to be visiting Paris at the right moment. Oddly, we all enjoyed discussing this episode of Family Guy over dinner.
MrB took this picture of us outside the restaurant. That’s the Gare de Lyon train station behind us.
I was especially excited to meet Thom and Sharon because, earlier this year,A I made an engagement ring for these two cuties — the first engagement ring I’d ever done for a blogger! I was delighted to see that they’re still as excited about it as I am.
By the time y’all read this, I’ll be on my way back to New York. Hopefully we won’t face any flight delays and we will make it to my almost-husband Paul McCartney‘s concert this evening. I’ll share the final Paris pictures when I get settled back at home. Thanks for reading!
How cute are they? You look adorable too!
I die for those Castelbajac shoes Wendy! YaaaaaaaY!
You’re starting a trend, Wendy- I’m seeing them both this Wednesday. Glad to see they get your seal of approval!
i love your striped top, Wendy
So who won the last piece of pie at the restaurant? LOL!
Have a safe trip back. And I’ll arm wrestle you for Paul McCartney ;D

So fun, WB! I love it that you are meeting up with all these bloggers! And somehow dinners with my family always end up in a conversation about some random episode of Family Guy…

Your almost husband played across the pond from us (in Halifax last week). Didn’t go, but I *think* he dedicated a song to you. . .

The pleasure was entirely ours. You are the best sort of people and Mr. B is simply a charming devil. Thank you so much again.
Wendy B., I love you and your Mr. B., too. It was like the final dance scene in Dirty Dancing but with even better conversation and more lightning. I can’t wait until we can dine again, our treat!
PS I’m going to buy red lipstick tomorrow, in your honour.
Sharon & Thom, hope you two are still having a splendid time! I insist on seeing a red lipstick photo.
