Paris, Day 5, Part Deux: Blogger Dinner

July 18, 2009 by WendyB

A highlight of day 5 in Paris was meeting handsome blogger Thom and his gorgeous fiancee, Sharon, for dinner at Le Train Bleu. They live in Vancouver but just happened to be visiting Paris at the right moment. Oddly, we all enjoyed discussing this episode of Family Guy over dinner.

Thom and Sharon are adorable.

MrB took this picture of us outside the restaurant. That’s the Gare de Lyon train station behind us.

An after-dinner pose.

An after-dinner pose.

I was especially excited to meet Thom and Sharon because, earlier this year,A  I made an engagement ring for these two cuties — the first engagement ring I’d ever done for a blogger! I was delighted to see that they’re still as excited about it as I am.

Blinded by the bling!

By the time y’all read this, I’ll be on my way back to New York. Hopefully we won’t face any flight delays and we will make it to my almost-husband Paul McCartney‘s concert this evening. I’ll share the final Paris pictures when I get settled back at home. Thanks for reading!
